Massandra Bastardo is made from the Magaratch Bastardo grape variety selection since 1966. Grape is harvested when natural sugar content has reached no less than 25 %.  Prior to bottling and ageing Massandra Bastardo goes through a complex technology of production, which is based on natural factors and exclude any chemical agents. Later ist is matured in oak casks in underground tunnels for two years. 

  Massandra Bastardo of 1977 year of vintage has deep ruby colour and compound bouquet. Bouquet of wine has deep with piquant flavors of milk chocolate. Palate is full, soft and delicate with overtones of coffe.

  The resultant wine has 16.3 % of alcohol and 20.4 % of sugar.
