The elegant liqueur wine Ai-Danil Pinot-Gris is made from the grape variety Pinot-Gris at  Ai-Danil.

  Ai-Danil Pinot-Gris is fascinating for its unique tawny colour with rosy-apricot hues, which are evident when the wine is young. The colour of the wine depends upon an abundance of the sunshine. When the summer is hot and dry, grapes are as if tanned or burned in the sun. The wine made from such grapes developes an apricot colour with a beautiful amber hue. 

  After two years maturing in barrel in dark, cool cellars, Ai-Danil Pinot-Gris becomes amber-golden in colour with apricot glints. Its bouquet is bright and very elegant while the palate is well-pronounced and grapey with light hints of honey and some aromas of rye bread crust. The palate is very soft, deep, slightly unctuous and spicy. Luscious palate and refined bouquet make for an harmonious, beautiful and splendidly charming fine wine, Ai-Danil Pinot-Gris is definitely a masterpiece of Crimean winemaking.

   The excellent balance gives  Ai-Danil Pinot-Gris  wines an exceptionally long life. Its mouthfilling palate has beautiful, long finish. During maturation in the collection these wines become famously harmonious and nearer to perfection.
