Ai -Serez - dessert wine, which is produced since 1991. It is made from the Cabernet Sauvignon and Bastardo Magaratch grape varieties, growing in vineyards of Morskoye and Mezhdurech'ye settlements, not very far from the town of Soudak. The grapes are harvested when natural sugar content is no less than 22 %. Production technology is similar that of Kagor – with heating and infusion of crushed grapes. For two years the young wine matures in oak casks. The resultant wine has sugar level – 16 %, alcohol – 16 %.

  Ai - Serez has deep pomegranate colour and compound bouquet with typical grapey flavor. Full balanced soft palate with light hints of coffee, chocolate and cream. Awarded with one gold and one silver medals.
