High quality Cabernet Sauvignon wine has been produced by Massandra Winery. It is made of Cabernet Sauvignon grape varieties that grow on the southern slopes of Mounts Chatyr-Dag and Demerdgi near the resort town of Alushta. Grapes are harvested when natural grape sugar content reaches 18-22 %. 

   The wine is of beautiful intensive deep ruby colour. Bouquet is bright, complex with peculiar touch of violets and Morocco leather. Palate is ful, harmonious, pleasantly tannic with delicate freshness and long spicy extractive finish. The resultant wine has sugar content 0.3 %, alcohol 12.3 %.

   This wine is a nice match to various meat dishes, like kaurma, shashlyk, khanakhi. No picnic could be a success without it. The wine is also beneficial and curative, especially for digestive system and keeps it from intestinal infection.
