Prince Golitzyn Seventh Heaven
Catalogue Vintage wines White
The unique brand of wine was originally developed by Golytzyn L.S., patriarch of the wine-making at the Massandra winery in 1880 and named after him. Through the secret of its production process was lost. Massandra wine makers managed to revive this fabulous brand of wine in 1996. Now it is made, based on the classic technology, only at the Massandra association's member plants. They use noble white grape varieties: Kokour White, Muscat White, Muscat Rose. The wine is aged in oak barrels for two years and the finished wine contains 18% of sugar and 16% of alcohol.
Prince Golytzyn Seventh Heaven has the colour of gold and amber. The bouquet is complex, bright with the prevailing tones of honey, peach, quince and delicate overtones of blossoming rose petals and sun-dried rose. Palate is full, harmonious, oily. Pleasant dessert aftertaste leaves an indelible impression of the Crimea's sun-filled subtropical South Coast.
