Crimean Red Krymwein is produced since 1944 from Cabernet, Sauvignon, Saperavi, Morastel, Bastardo, Aleatico and other grapes, growing in the vineyards, scattered from the settlement of Opolznevoye in the west all along to Alpachak Mount in the east. Grape is harvested when natural sugar content has reached no less than 18%. The period of ageing in oak vats is 3 years and after that we can enjoy harmonious bouquet, long aftertaste and perfect ruby color. The resultant wine has sugar level - 10 %, alcohol 17.5 % vol.
